These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions", or "Agreement") govern your access to and use of BuddyMaa.com, together with its related websites, applications, portals, products, features, communications channels, and services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

BuddyMaa.com is operated by Super Fliers E-ventures Private Limited ("BuddyMaa", "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing, registering with, purchasing, subscribing to, or otherwise using the Platform or any Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform or Services.

1. PURPOSE AND NATURE OF THE PLATFORM

BuddyMaa.com is intended to provide a preliminary platform for communication, information exchange, recruitment, employment opportunities, career enhancement, training, placement-related services, and related professional services.

BuddyMaa.com primarily facilitates connections between users, candidates, employers, recruiters, trainers, advisors, counselors, and other service providers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, BuddyMaa.com does not guarantee:

• the authenticity, accuracy, completeness, or legality of job listings;
• the identity or credentials of a recruiter, employer, candidate, counselor, advisor, trainer, or other user;
• the availability of a job, placement, interview, appointment, training opportunity, visa, or employment offer;
• employment, selection, promotion, salary, benefits, or any particular career outcome; or
• the accuracy or suitability of information supplied by third parties.

Users are responsible for conducting their own verification and due diligence before relying upon or acting on information, opportunities, offers, documents, or communications obtained through the Platform.

BuddyMaa may review, moderate, restrict, remove, or disable access to content or accounts that it reasonably believes violate these Terms, applicable law, or the interests or safety of the Platform or its users.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Unless a particular Service expressly provides otherwise, users must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Where a Service is lawfully made available to a person below 18 years of age, such use must be undertaken with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

By using the Platform, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.

3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT SECURITY

Certain Services may require registration or creation of an account.

You agree to:

1. provide true, accurate, current, and complete information;
2. keep your profile and other information updated;
3. maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
4. promptly notify BuddyMaa of unauthorized access or suspected compromise of your account; and
5. remain responsible for activities conducted through your account, except to the extent caused by BuddyMaa's proven failure to comply with applicable law.

You must not sell, sublicense, transfer, share, or otherwise provide your account or subscription credentials to another person without our prior written authorization.

4. USER CONTENT AND INFORMATION

You may submit resumes, photographs, documents, job information, educational information, professional information, messages, applications, reviews, communications, and other materials ("User Content") through the Platform.

You remain responsible for the User Content you submit.

You represent and warrant that:

• the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
• you have the necessary rights, permissions, consents, and authority to submit the information;
• the User Content does not infringe the rights of any third party;
• the User Content does not contain fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, defamatory, obscene, unlawful, or malicious material; and
• submission and use of the User Content does not violate applicable law.

You grant BuddyMaa the non-exclusive permission necessary to host, store, reproduce, process, display, communicate, transmit, and otherwise use your User Content for operating and providing the Services, including facilitating recruitment, applications, career services, training, and communications, subject to our Privacy Policy and your applicable privacy rights.

Where you choose a feature that makes your resume, profile, or other information visible to recruiters, employers, or other users, you acknowledge that such disclosure is part of the relevant Service.

5. RESUME POSTING, SUBMISSION, UPLOAD AND RESUME MANAGER

BuddyMaa may provide resume-related services including:

• resume posting;
• resume submission;
• resume upload and storage;
• resume display;
• resume management;
• resume writing and editing; and
• related career-support services.

By using resume-display or resume-submission features, you authorize BuddyMaa to make your resume available to relevant recruiters, employers, users, or other recipients for legitimate recruitment and career-related purposes.

You are responsible for reviewing your resume and ensuring that it is accurate, complete, current, and not misleading.

BuddyMaa does not guarantee that:

• your resume will be viewed;
• an employer will contact you;
• you will receive an interview;
• you will receive a job offer; or
• your resume will result in employment.

Although BuddyMaa may take reasonable measures to maintain uploaded information, no online storage system can guarantee uninterrupted availability or absolute security. You should retain your own copies of important documents and resumes.

6. DETAILS AND DOCUMENTS CONNECTION SERVICE

BuddyMaa may provide facilities through which users can exchange professional, educational, employment, identity, or other documents and information for job applications, networking, or professional purposes.

BuddyMaa facilitates the exchange but, unless expressly stated otherwise, does not independently verify the authenticity or accuracy of documents supplied by users or third parties.

Users are responsible for:

• submitting genuine documents;
• ensuring that they have permission to share documents;
• verifying information received from another person;
• protecting sensitive information; and
• complying with applicable privacy and data-protection laws.

Users acknowledge that transmission or storage of information over the Internet involves inherent risks.

7. FAST FORWARD AND CAREER SERVICES

BuddyMaa may offer additional career-support services, which may include:

• resume writing;
• resume review and editing;
• career guidance;
• interview preparation;
• job-search assistance;
• application support;
• priority applicant services;
• overseas placement assistance; and
• other career-enhancement services.

Specific fees, scope, deliverables, timelines, eligibility requirements, and conditions may apply separately to individual Services and will be communicated to the user where applicable.

Payment for a career-support Service does not constitute a guarantee of employment, selection, interview, visa approval, salary, or any other particular result.

8. ONLINE APPOINTMENTS WITH COUNSELORS AND ADVISORS

BuddyMaa may facilitate online appointments between users and counselors, advisors, consultants, or other professionals.

Appointment availability is subject to the professional's schedule.

8.1 Booking

Appointments may be confirmed following successful payment through the applicable payment gateway.

Appointment times will generally be based on the time zone specified on the booking interface or, where applicable, the professional's time zone.

8.2 Fees

Applicable appointment fees will be displayed before booking. Additional consultation time or services may incur additional charges where agreed.

8.3 Rescheduling and Cancellation

Unless a specific Service states otherwise:

• appointments may be rescheduled without penalty when requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment;
• cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a charge of up to 50% of the scheduled appointment fee; and
• exceptional refund or rescheduling requests may be considered at BuddyMaa's discretion and subject to applicable law.

8.4 Nature of Advice

Information or guidance provided by counselors, advisors, or other professionals through the Platform is subject to the terms applicable to that professional Service.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, such information is for general or informational purposes and should not be treated as a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice.

BuddyMaa is not responsible for decisions made by users based on advice or information received from a professional.

9. JOB SEARCH AND RECRUITMENT SERVICES

BuddyMaa may provide recruitment and employer services including:

1. single classified job listings;
2. classified job-listing subscriptions;
3. featured or "Hot Vacancy" listings;
4. Hot Vacancy subscriptions;
5. job galleries;
6. employer or workplace promotional features;
7. manual shortlisting;
8. banner advertising;
9. Insta Hire or similar quick-hire services;
10. recruiter services;
11. ready-to-deploy manpower services; and
12. other recruitment-related services.

Service names, features, eligibility, pricing, duration, availability, and placement on the Platform may change from time to time.

9.1 Employer Responsibilities

Employers and recruiters are responsible for ensuring that their job listings, recruitment practices, compensation information, and communications comply with applicable law.

Employers must not use the Platform to publish fraudulent, discriminatory, misleading, unlawful, or otherwise prohibited employment opportunities.

BuddyMaa may remove or restrict job listings that it considers suspicious, inaccurate, unlawful, misleading, or inconsistent with these Terms.

9.2 No Employment Guarantee

BuddyMaa does not guarantee that a listed position will remain available, that a candidate will be selected, or that an employer will ultimately make an offer.

The terms of any employment relationship, including salary, benefits, working conditions, duration, and duties, are determined by the relevant employer and candidate.

10. OVERSEAS PLACEMENT SERVICES

BuddyMaa may provide assistance relating to international or overseas employment opportunities.

Eligibility requirements may vary by position and may include, where applicable:

• relevant professional experience;
• English-language proficiency;
• a valid passport;
• educational or professional qualifications; and
• documents required by an employer or immigration authority.

BuddyMaa may assist with documentation or visa-application processes but does not guarantee visa approval, immigration approval, employment, or placement.

Applicants are responsible for providing accurate documentation and complying with the laws and requirements of the relevant country.

Employment conditions, including compensation, benefits, tenure, and working conditions, are determined by the overseas employer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. PRIORITY APPLICANT SERVICES

BuddyMaa may offer priority or expedited application services to candidates meeting specified criteria.

Priority status may be based on qualifications, experience, achievements, specialized skills, market requirements, or other criteria determined for the relevant Service.

Priority treatment does not guarantee:

• employment;
• selection;
• an interview;
• visa approval;
• a particular response time where circumstances prevent it; or
• any particular career outcome.

BuddyMaa may modify, suspend, or discontinue a priority applicant programme at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

12. APPLICATIONS BY NON-REGISTERED USERS

BuddyMaa may permit persons who do not maintain a registered account to submit applications through designated channels.

Information requested may include name, contact details, resume, cover letter, and other information reasonably required for processing.

Applications submitted by non-registered users may be subject to additional processing or verification time.

Unless otherwise stated for a particular opportunity, a non-registered application may remain active for 60 days from submission.

Use and retention of application information will be subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

If a non-registered applicant subsequently creates an account, BuddyMaa may transfer the application to the applicable registered-user process.

13. TRAINING AND LEARNING SERVICES

BuddyMaa may provide:

• online learning;
• Ready-to-Deploy (RTD) modules;
• classroom training;
• on-demand training;
• upskilling programmes;
• skill-development training;
• industrial training;
• mobile or "Skill-on-Wheel" training;
• overseas placement-related training; and
• Recruit-Train-Deploy programmes.

Course availability, curriculum, schedules, instructors, duration, fees, and delivery methods may vary.

For online learning, users are responsible for having compatible devices, software, Internet access, and other technical requirements.

Training or completion of a course does not guarantee employment, promotion, certification, placement, or a particular income unless expressly stated in writing.

Course materials and training content may be protected by intellectual-property rights and may be used only for the permitted personal or educational purpose.

14. WHATSAPP AND OTHER COMMUNICATION SERVICES

BuddyMaa may provide job-search, resume, recruitment, career, or support services through WhatsApp or other communication channels.

Such services may include:

• job matching;
• resume feedback;
• resume writing or editing;
• application support; and
• career guidance.

Users must provide accurate contact information and comply with the applicable rules of the relevant communication provider.

Users must not use these channels to harass, spam, threaten, impersonate, defraud, or otherwise abuse employees, recruiters, candidates, professionals, or other users.

15. PAYMENTS, FEES AND TAXES

Fees for paid Services will be displayed or communicated before purchase or subscription, as applicable.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, payment is required in advance.

Prices may be changed for future purchases or renewals. Any applicable taxes, including GST or other statutory charges, may be payable in addition to the stated service fee where required by law.

Payment does not guarantee a particular employment, recruitment, training, counseling, placement, or other outcome.

Refunds, cancellations, credits, and service-specific payment conditions are governed by the terms displayed for the relevant Service and applicable law.

Where no refund is expressly provided, the applicable fee may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

16. PROHIBITED USE

You agree not to use BuddyMaa.com or any associated Service to:

1. violate any applicable law or regulation;
2. impersonate another person or entity;
3. misrepresent your employment, qualifications, identity, or affiliation;
4. submit fraudulent, false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, abusive, threatening, or unlawful content;
5. publish fraudulent or unauthorized job listings;
6. send unsolicited bulk or commercial messages or spam;
7. harass, stalk, threaten, intimidate, or abuse another user;
8. obtain unauthorized access to another user's account or computer system;
9. interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its associated networks;
10. introduce viruses, malware, malicious code, or other harmful material;
11. attempt to bypass security, authentication, access-control, or anti-abuse measures;
12. reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to obtain source code from the Platform, except where expressly permitted by applicable law;
13. crawl, scrape, harvest, extract, copy, or systematically collect Platform content through automated or manual means without prior written authorization;
14. use the Platform to collect information for training an AI or machine-learning model without BuddyMaa's express written permission;
15. frame, mirror, reproduce, or simulate the appearance or functionality of the Platform;
16. conduct vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, or security investigations without authorization;
17. access information or accounts that you are not authorized to access;
18. reproduce, modify, sell, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit Platform content without authorization;
19. infringe copyright, trademark, patent, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual-property rights;
20. upload material that you do not have the legal right to use or distribute;
21. upload content harmful to children;
22. promote or facilitate criminal or unlawful conduct;
23. threaten the unity, integrity, security, sovereignty, or public order of India or otherwise violate applicable Indian law; or
24. attempt to circumvent any technical restrictions imposed by the Platform.

17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the Platform and its content—including text, graphics, photographs, logos, trademarks, software, designs, databases, course materials, compilations, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to BuddyMaa and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms, BuddyMaa grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Platform content without prior written authorization.

You may not remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

18. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, applications, payment services, communication services, employers, recruiters, professionals, training providers, or other services.

Third-party links and services are provided for convenience. Their inclusion does not necessarily constitute an endorsement or guarantee by BuddyMaa.

Your use of third-party services is governed by the applicable third party's terms and policies.

BuddyMaa is generally not a party to contracts or employment relationships entered into directly between users and third parties through or following use of the Platform.

19. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Your use of the Platform is also governed by BuddyMaa's Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge that BuddyMaa may collect, process, store, use, and disclose personal information as described in the Privacy Policy and as permitted or required by applicable law.

BuddyMaa may use information concerning your interaction with the Platform to provide relevant suggestions, recommendations, communications, offers, and advertising, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

Although reasonable security measures may be implemented, no Internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

Users should exercise appropriate care when sharing sensitive personal, financial, employment, educational, identity, or other information.

20. CONFIDENTIALITY

BuddyMaa will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Information submitted through public areas of the Platform may become accessible to other users or third parties depending on the relevant Service and the user's privacy settings or choices.

BuddyMaa may disclose information where required or permitted by applicable law, court order, governmental request, legal process, or to protect its rights, users, property, or operations.

21. SECURITY AND PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

BuddyMaa will use reasonable efforts to maintain the Platform and Services but does not guarantee that:

• the Platform will always be available;
• the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free;
• all information will always be current or accurate;
• defects will always be corrected;
• communications will always be delivered; or
• the Platform will be free from viruses or other harmful components.

Temporary suspension or interruption may occur due to maintenance, technical problems, security incidents, force majeure, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond BuddyMaa's reasonable control.

22. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and Services are provided on an "as available" and "best efforts" basis.

BuddyMaa does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, suitability, availability, or authenticity of information supplied by users, employers, recruiters, professionals, trainers, or other third parties.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

23. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BuddyMaa and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, service providers, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from or relating to use of the Platform or Services.

This includes, where legally permissible, losses arising from:

• reliance on third-party information;
• employment or recruitment decisions;
• failure to obtain employment or placement;
• interactions between users;
• unauthorized access to information;
• third-party websites or services;
• interruption or unavailability of the Platform;
• loss of data; or
• decisions made based on professional, career, training, or counseling information.

To the extent permitted by law, BuddyMaa's aggregate liability in relation to a paid Service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the affected user for that particular Service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

24. USER INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BuddyMaa, Super Fliers E-ventures Private Limited, and their respective directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, service providers, and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

• your breach of these Terms;
• your unlawful use of the Platform;
• your User Content;
• your violation of another person's rights;
• fraudulent or misleading information submitted by you; or
• your violation of applicable law.

This provision shall apply subject to applicable law and shall not require indemnification for losses caused by BuddyMaa's own unlawful conduct.

25. USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR LEGAL COMPLIANCE

You are responsible for obtaining any licenses, permissions, consents, approvals, intellectual-property rights, immigration permissions, employment permissions, or other rights necessary for your activities.

Users must comply with applicable laws, including applicable Indian information-technology, privacy, employment, consumer-protection, intellectual-property, and other laws and regulations.

26. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

BuddyMaa may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform or any Service where permitted by law, including where:

• you breach these Terms;
• you provide false, fraudulent, or misleading information;
• you engage in abusive, unlawful, or harmful conduct;
• your activity threatens Platform security or other users;
• you misuse paid Services;
• you attempt unauthorized data extraction or access; or
• termination is otherwise reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, its users, or the Company.

Where appropriate and legally required, BuddyMaa may provide notice or an opportunity to remedy a breach.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination or provisions that are intended to survive termination.

27. MODIFICATION OF SERVICES AND TERMS

BuddyMaa may modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace features, Services, programmes, pricing, or content from time to time.

BuddyMaa may also update these Terms.

The current version will be made available on the Platform. Where required by applicable law, material changes will be communicated through appropriate means.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

28. NO AGENCY OR EXCLUSIVITY

Use of the Platform does not create an agency, employment, partnership, joint-venture, franchise, fiduciary, or representative relationship between you and BuddyMaa unless expressly agreed in writing.

BuddyMaa does not grant users exclusivity in relation to recruitment, employment, placement, training, or other Services unless expressly agreed in writing.

29. PUBLICATION AND DISPLAY OF INFORMATION

Where a Service permits information to be publicly displayed, you acknowledge that such information may be accessible to Platform visitors, recruiters, employers, or other users.

BuddyMaa may publish or display information submitted for a particular Service in the manner reasonably necessary to provide that Service, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Users should not submit confidential information through a public profile or public-facing feature unless they intend for that information to be disclosed.

31. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The parties shall first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute, complaint, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.

Subject to applicable law, disputes that cannot be resolved amicably may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.

The arbitration shall be conducted by a mutually agreed independent and impartial arbitrator. If the parties cannot agree on an arbitrator, the appointment shall be made in accordance with applicable law.

The seat and venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing.

Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer or other party from exercising a statutory right to approach a forum, authority, or court where such right cannot legally be waived or excluded.

32. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to the dispute-resolution provisions above and any mandatory jurisdiction available under applicable law, courts having jurisdiction in New Delhi, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.

33. FORCE MAJEURE

BuddyMaa shall not be responsible for delay or failure in performing its obligations to the extent caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemic or pandemic events, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental action, telecommunications failures, Internet outages, power failures, cyber incidents, labour disputes, or failures of third-party service providers.

34. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, where legally permissible.

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

35. WAIVER

Failure by BuddyMaa to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

36. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any Service-specific terms, pricing terms, order forms, policies, or agreements expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and BuddyMaa regarding your use of the relevant Platform or Services.

Where Service-specific terms conflict with these Terms, the Service-specific terms shall apply to the extent of the conflict, unless expressly stated otherwise.

37. CONTACT AND ACCEPTANCE

By clicking "I Agree", registering for an account, purchasing a Service, submitting an application, booking an appointment, uploading a resume, or otherwise using BuddyMaa.com, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them to the extent permitted by applicable law.
