🎯 Job Summary:
Capart Industry Private Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- ðŸ› ï¸ Manage electrical projects end-to-end — including planning, design, procurement, installation, and commissioning
- 🤠Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to develop project plans and ensure timely delivery
- 👥 Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams to meet project milestones and technical requirements
- 📦 Oversee the selection, procurement, and delivery of electrical equipment and materials
- 📠Conduct routine site visits to monitor progress and evaluate work quality
- 💰 Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- 📜 Ensure adherence to electrical safety codes, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., IS, IEC)
- 🧠Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues and bottlenecks
- 📊 Prepare and present detailed project progress reports to senior management

- 5+ years of experience in managing electrical or industrial infrastructure projects
