🎯 Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to lead our business development efforts, specifically targeting clients across Africa. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in international sales, strong client management skills, and a solid background in turnkey project solutions within the manufacturing or cleanroom equipment industry.


🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • 🌍 Develop and expand the client base across African markets
  • 🧾 Utilize existing database of customers and proactively identify new business opportunities
  • 🤝 Build and manage strong external relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • 🧑‍💼 Engage in senior-level client interactions and maintain long-term partnerships
  • 🛠️ Lead sales for turnkey projects, including technical solution selling and client customization
  • 📊 Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements
  • 🧠 Understand customer needs and offer customized, value-driven solutions
  • 🏁 Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
  • 📈 Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and potential areas for business growth
  • 📞 Regularly follow up with prospects and clients to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business

📚 Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 🎓 Education:
    • B.E. in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
    • MBA in Marketing or International Business (Preferred)
  • 🧳 Experience:
    • 4–10 years in international sales/business development
    • Prior experience with clients in Africa is essential

💼 Skills Required:

  • 🏆 Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • 🧩 Strong understanding of industrial sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
  • ✍️ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • 🛠️ Technical acumen to understand and explain engineering products
  • 🤝 Relationship-building and client management capabilities
  • 🌐 Familiarity with export markets, preferably African business environments
