As a Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET), you will be trained in various production, quality, and maintenance processes at Asahi India Glass Ltd. This is a great opportunity to start your career in a leading manufacturing company and gain hands-on experience under the guidance of skilled professionals.
🕒 Working Hours:
- â±ï¸ Shift Duration: 8 Hours
- ⰠOvertime: ₹115 per hour
📠Location: Patan (Gujarat)
📈 Stipend & Benefits:
- 💸 Stipend: ₹14,500 per month (for 8 hours)
- 🎠Attendance Bonus: ₹1,200 per month

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in machine operations and line processes
- Learn and follow SOPs and quality standards
- Coordinate with supervisors and senior engineers
- Ensure safety and housekeeping on the shop floor
- Support continuous improvement and Kaizen activities
- Record production/maintenance data as instructed
