We are seeking a reliable and skilled Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain machinery in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with industrial machines, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to follow safety and quality standards to ensure efficient production. âš™ï¸
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, maintenance) before production
- Operate machinery efficiently and safely during production runs
- Monitor machine output and adjust settings as needed
- Inspect parts or products for defects and report inconsistencies
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
- Ensure production goals and quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear
📘 Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with production equipment and tools
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine functions
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals or blueprints
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
🌟 Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of CNC or automatic machine operations
- Basic computer skills for logging production data
- Experience in a specific industry (plastics, textiles, metal, etc.)
