We are looking for a creative and customer-focused Hair Dresser & Stylist to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in a variety of hair styling techniques and passionate about helping clients look and feel their best. ðŸ’♀ï¸âœ‚ï¸
🧴 Key Responsibilities:
- 💇 Cut, style, color, and treat hair according to client requests and trends
- ðŸ’†â™€ï¸ Provide hair spa, oil massage, and scalp treatments
- 🧴 Recommend suitable products and hairstyles based on client needs and hair condition
- 👩🎨 Stay updated with current trends, techniques, and tools in hairdressing
- 🧼 Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of salon tools, workstations, and products
- 👥 Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service
- 📅 Manage appointments and maintain timely service
- 📋 Advise clients on aftercare and maintenance routines
📘 Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma or certification in Hair Styling / Cosmetology
- Proven work experience as a hairdresser/stylist
- Expertise in hair cutting, blow drying, coloring, straightening, and styling
- Familiarity with hair care products and equipment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a customer-first attitude
🌟 Preferred Skills:
- Experience in bridal and occasion hairstyling
- Knowledge of hair textures and treatments (keratin, smoothening, etc.)
- Basic makeup or beauty service skills (optional)
