Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Operations Manager to oversee and optimize day-to-day operations across departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, quality, cost-effectiveness, and service excellence in line with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• ⚙️ Oversee daily operations across functions such as production, logistics, administration, procurement, and support
• 📈 Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and process efficiency
• 📊 Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and present insights to leadership
• 🤝 Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth interdepartmental coordination

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 🎓 Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
• 🧠 Proven experience in managing operations, logistics, or supply chain functions
• ✅ Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• 💻 Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and operational analytics tools
• 🗣️ Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• ⏱️ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
• 📌 Knowledge of compliance, quality control, and lean management principles (preferred)
