Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and technically-inclined Operator Engineer Trainee to join our operations team. This is a hands-on training role designed to provide practical experience in operating, monitoring, and maintaining machinery and production systems in a manufacturing or plant environment.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong willingness to learn, basic engineering knowledge, and the ability to follow safety and operational protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• ⚙️ Assist in the operation of machines and equipment under the supervision of senior engineers
• 🔧 Perform basic maintenance tasks and learn preventive maintenance procedures
• 📊 Monitor equipment performance and report any abnormalities or malfunctions
• 📘 Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes
• 🧯 Follow safety guidelines and participate in safety drills and trainings
• 📝 Maintain daily logs and assist in data entry and reporting for production tracking
• 🤝 Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
• 🧪 Participate in quality checks and ensure product standards are maintained
• 🧠 Learn plant layout, process flow, and equipment functionality over the training period

Skills & Qualifications:

• 🎓 Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field
• 📘 Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical systems and industrial safety
• 🗣️ Good communication and teamwork skills
• ⏱️ Ability to work in shifts and under production timelines
• 🧠 Eagerness to learn and grow in a technical environment
• 💻 Familiarity with basic MS Office tools and report writing

Working Conditions:

• Rotational shifts (morning, evening, night)
• On-site work in industrial, plant, or workshop environment
• Must follow safety and PPE requirements
