Job Summary:

We are seeking a courteous, energetic, and customer-focused Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our hospitality team. The role involves delivering high-quality service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• 🍽️ Welcome guests, present menus, and take accurate food and beverage orders
• 🧾 Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
• 🤝 Ensure a high level of customer service and attend to guest needs or complaints
• 🧼 Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of dining and service areas
• 📋 Set up tables, buffets, or banquet arrangements as per service style (à la carte, buffet, etc.)
• 💬 Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff regarding orders and requests
• 💰 Process billing and payments accurately using POS systems
• 📦 Assist in inventory and stock management of service items (cutlery, napkins, condiments)
• ✅ Follow all safety, sanitation, and grooming standards
• 📚 Stay updated with menu items, daily specials, and restaurant promotions

Skills & Qualifications:

• 🎓 Diploma or certification in Hotel Management / Hospitality (preferred)
• 🍴 Experience in restaurant or hotel F&B service (preferred but not mandatory)
• 🗣️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 💡 Strong attention to detail and time management
• ✨ Well-groomed with a pleasant personality
• 💪 Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• 🌍 Multilingual skills are an added advantage
