Job Summary:

We are looking for a courteous, customer-focused Guest Service Associate (Front Office) to manage the reception area, handle guest check-ins and check-outs, respond to inquiries, and ensure an excellent guest experience from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and a passion for hospitality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally at check-in and check-out
  • Handle guest registrations, room assignments, and key distribution
  • Manage reservations via phone, email, and walk-ins
  • Provide accurate information about the hotel, services, and local attractions
  • Address guest concerns or complaints efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, bell desk, and other departments for guest requirements
  • Manage payments, billing, and invoicing through POS or hotel management software
  • Maintain accurate records of guest stays, preferences, and feedback
  • Upsell rooms, amenities, and services to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or relevant field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in front office or guest services (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems (PMS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Polite, well-groomed, and professional demeanor
  • Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of local language(s) is an advantage
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
