Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Executive to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of machinery, equipment, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring minimal downtime, implementing preventive maintenance schedules, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- ðŸ› ï¸ Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities
- 🔧 Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and utility-related issues
- 🧾 Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and compliance documentation
- 📦 Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for timely repairs
- 📅 Prepare and implement maintenance schedules and checklists
- 🧯 Ensure all equipment complies with safety standards and legal regulations
- 📈 Assist in improving machine uptime and reducing operational disruptions
- 🤠Coordinate with production, housekeeping, and other departments for smooth operations
- 🔠Conduct root cause analysis in case of breakdowns and suggest improvements
- 📊 Support audits and maintenance-related reporting
Qualifications & Skills:
- 🎓 ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant technical field
- 🧑🔧 1–3 years of experience in industrial or facility maintenance
- âš™ï¸ Sound knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- ðŸ–¥ï¸ Familiarity with maintenance tools, safety practices, and CMMS software
- 👀 Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- â±ï¸ Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency breakdowns
- 💬 Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Industry Experience:
Manufacturing, Hospitality, Facility Management, FMCG, Real Estate, or Hospitals
Education Qualification
Education Level : Bachelor's Degree
Technical Education : ITI
Certificate : N/A
Industrial Certificate : Experience
