Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer to plan, execute, and deliver engineering projects on time and within budget. The Project Engineer will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- 📋 Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing engineering projects
- 🧱 Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure smooth project flow
- 🛠Oversee site activities, supervise contractors, and ensure adherence to safety standards
- 🔠Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
- 💬 Communicate with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues and align on requirements
- 📦 Manage resources, materials, and tools as per project needs
- ✅ Ensure work is completed in compliance with design, quality, and safety standards
- 📄 Maintain documentation, records, and reports for inspections and approvals
- 🧰 Support testing, commissioning, and final handover of the project
Qualifications & Skills:
- 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field
- 🧑💼 1–5 years of experience in project execution, site supervision, or construction coordination
- ðŸ–¥ï¸ Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
- â± Strong time management and organizational skills
- 📣 Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- 🧠Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- 🚧 Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance
Preferred Industry Experience:
Construction, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction), Renewable Energy, or Industrial Projects
