We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Head to lead our Human Resources function! 💼 You will be responsible for building a strong people strategy, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization. 🧠💬
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- 🧠Design & implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- 👥 Lead end-to-end recruitment & talent acquisition
- 📈 Oversee performance management systems
- 🎓 Create training & development programs
- 📜 Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
- 🤠Handle employee relations, grievances, and engagement initiatives
- â± Manage attendance, payroll, and HRMIS systems
- 💡 Advise leadership on workforce planning and HR trends
- 💰 Monitor HR budgets and team KPIs
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 🎓 Master's degree in HR or related field
- 🧑💼 8–10 years of experience in HR, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- 📚 Strong knowledge of HR laws & compliance
- 🗣 Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- ðŸ–¥ï¸ Proficiency in HR software/tools & data-driven decision making
- 💪 Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
