📋 Job Summary:

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- 🲠Prepare and cook meals as per menu and guest preferences
- 📋 Plan and innovate menus with seasonal and nutritional variety
- 🧂 Ensure proper portion control, taste, and presentation
- 🧽 Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
- 📦 Monitor inventory, order supplies, and reduce food wastage
- 🧑🳠Supervise and train junior kitchen staff and assistants
- 🔥 Ensure all equipment is maintained and used safely
- 🧾 Comply with food safety, health, and sanitation regulations

🎓 Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts
- 2–5 years of experience as a Chef or Cook (experience may vary by role level)
- Knowledge of kitchen tools and modern cooking techniques
