Job Summary:

The Production Operator is responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production processes, and ensuring the efficient and timely manufacturing of products according to company standards. The ideal candidate will maintain a clean and safe working environment while adhering to quality control protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

• Monitor production line for issues such as bottlenecks or mechanical failures.

• Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production schedules.

• Maintain accurate production records and reports.

• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues and coordinate with maintenance if needed.

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area at all times.

• Adhere to all company safety, health, and environmental policies.

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma, ITI, or equivalent.

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.

• Skills:

  • Ability to operate machinery and follow technical instructions.

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

  • Physical stamina to stand, lift, and work on the production line for extended periods.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions:

• Must be able to work in a factory environment (heat, noise, machinery).

• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
