We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations. The role involves managing accounting systems, financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, and team coordination. 🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• 📘 Manage day-to-day accounting activities (AP/AR, ledger, bank reconciliation)
• 🧾 Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and balance sheets
• 💰 Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense tracking
• 📋 Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)
• 🧮 Finalize accounts and coordinate with external auditors
• 🗂️ Maintain accurate documentation and records
• 🧑‍💼 Supervise and guide junior accounting staff
• 🤝 Liaise with banks, vendors, and regulatory bodies
• 🧠 Recommend improvements to financial processes and internal controls

📚 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 🎓 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
• 🧑‍💼 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance (Managerial Role preferred)
• 🧮 Strong knowledge of accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.)
• 📊 Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting
• ⚖️ Good understanding of Indian taxation laws & statutory compliance
• 👨‍💼 Leadership and team management skills
• 🕐 Ability to work under deadlines and multitask efficiently
• 🗣️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
