• 📞 Make outbound/inbound calls to customers and prospects
• 🗣️ Explain products or services clearly and confidently
• 📝 Record customer details, feedback, and outcomes in CRM
• 🤝 Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• 🎯 Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
• 📋 Follow call scripts, company guidelines, and etiquette
• ❓ Handle queries, objections, and provide accurate information
• 🔄 Follow-up on previous interactions or leads

📚 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 🏫 Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
• 🗣️ Excellent verbal communication in Hindi/English (or regional languages)
• 😊 Polite, patient, and persuasive personality
• 🧠 Ability to understand customer needs
• 💻 Basic computer knowledge & typing skills
• 📈 Target-oriented mindset
• 🕐 Punctual and disciplined
• 📞 Prior experience in telecalling/sales (preferred but not mandatory)
