📝 Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and courteous Cab Driver to join our transport team. The ideal candidate will be expected to drive passengers safely to their destinations, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the journey. Candidates with knowledge of local routes and app-based driving experience (e.g., Ola, Uber) are preferred.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• 🚗 Pick up and drop off passengers safely and on time
• 📱 Accept ride requests via mobile apps or dispatch system
• 🧭 Use GPS or maps to navigate efficiently
• 👋 Greet passengers politely and assist with luggage if needed
• ✅ Follow traffic rules, signals, and company safety guidelines
• ⛽ Monitor fuel, oil, and overall vehicle condition
• 🧼 Keep the cab clean, hygienic, and well-maintained
• 📋 Maintain accurate trip records and payment collection (if applicable)
• 🛠️ Report any vehicle issues or accidents promptly
• 🕒 Be available for shifts, including nights, weekends, or holidays as per schedule

• Valid Commercial Driving License
• Good knowledge of city roads and traffic patterns
• Safe and responsible driving habits
• Familiarity with ride-hailing apps (Ola, Uber, etc.)
• Excellent time management and punctuality
• Basic customer service and communication skills
• Neat appearance and polite behavior

📘 Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th Pass (preferred)
• Valid LMV/Commercial License
• Minimum 1–3 years of driving experience (freshers can also apply if trained)
• Clean driving record and police verification
