 Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and onboard new merchants for Paytm QR code, Soundbox, and other products.
2. Drive sales of Paytm POS devices and digital financial products.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with small and medium businesses in assigned areas.
4. Conduct regular field visits, product demos, and training for merchants.
5. Achieve daily/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
6. Resolve merchant issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in field sales (FMCG/Fintech/Telecom preferred).
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
4. Basic understanding of smartphones and digital payment systems.

Education Level : High School Diploma or Equivalent
