Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain machinery used in the production process. The ideal candidate should have basic mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
ðŸ› ï¸ Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, adjustments) before production starts
âš™ï¸ Operate machinery and monitor production process according to safety and quality guidelines
🔠Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with specifications
📦 Package and label products as per instructions
📠Maintain daily logs of machine operation and output
🔠Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machines
📣 Report any malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately
🧹 Keep the work area clean and organized at all times
🤠Work collaboratively with the production team to meet targets and deadlines
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma
- Prior experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and machine operation
- Good physical stamina; able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 kg
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed
