Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, test, and improve mechanical systems and components. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, a passion for innovation, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
🔧 Design and develop mechanical systems, products, and components using CAD software
📊 Perform engineering calculations and simulations to validate designs
ðŸ› ï¸ Oversee manufacturing processes and ensure products meet technical specifications
📠Prepare technical drawings, documentation, and reports
🔠Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
🧪 Coordinate and conduct testing and validation of components
âš™ï¸ Provide support in installation, operation, and maintenance of equipment
📈 Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product development and improvements
✅ Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience (fresher may be considered for trainee roles)
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other CAD tools
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Good communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
âœ”ï¸ Experience in industrial automation, HVAC, or automotive sectors
âœ”ï¸ Knowledge of FEA, CFD, or other simulation tools
âœ”ï¸ Familiarity with ISO/ASME standards
