Job Summary:

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. The Production Associate will be responsible for operating equipment, assembling products, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient workflow on the production floor. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality products while adhering to safety and performance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

🔧 Operate machinery and equipment used in the production process
📦 Assemble, package, and label products as per production guidelines
✅ Inspect and test finished products to ensure quality standards are met
📝 Maintain accurate production records and logs
🔁 Assist with inventory checks, material handling, and workflow improvements
🧹 Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area
📋 Follow all safety protocols, policies, and procedures
🤝 Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma (as per requirement)
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Basic understanding of machinery operation and workplace safety
• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
• Good physical stamina; able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 kg
• Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if required
