We are looking for a courteous, energetic, and customer-focused Food & Beverage Service Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for serving food and drinks ðŸ´ðŸ¹, ensuring a great dining experience for our guests, and maintaining cleanliness and service standards.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- 👋 Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
- 📋 Present menus and help guests with food and beverage choices
- ðŸ½ï¸ Take orders accurately and deliver food & beverages promptly
- 🥂 Ensure proper table settings and cleanliness before and after service
- 💬 Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service complaints with a smile
- 💳 Present bills and handle payments efficiently
- 🧹 Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the service area
- 🤠Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service
- â±ï¸ Manage service during peak hours with calm and efficiency
- 📦 Assist with setting up dining areas and special event arrangements

- 🕒 Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
