Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
🎯 Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to oversee and improve our production processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing efficient systems, troubleshooting manufacturing problems, and ensuring that all production operations run smoothly, cost-effectively, and safely.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- ðŸ› ï¸ Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes and workflows
- ðŸ—ï¸ Develop layouts and production flow diagrams for efficient operation
- 📊 Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in quality and productivity
- 🔠Investigate and troubleshoot process issues or machinery faults
- 📋 Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
- 🧪 Collaborate with design and R&D teams to ensure manufacturability of new products
- 📦 Support cost-reduction and process optimization initiatives
- 🔧 Recommend tools, jigs, and fixtures to improve accuracy and efficiency
- 🧯 Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards
- ðŸ› ï¸ Assist in training production staff on new equipment and methods
✅ Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
- 🧠Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement techniques
- ðŸ–¥ï¸ Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools
- 📈 Data analysis and problem-solving skills
- â±ï¸ Time management and ability to handle multiple projects
- 👥 Team collaboration and communication skills
- 🧾 Familiarity with ISO standards, Six Sigma, or 5S (preferred)
- ðŸ› ï¸ Experience in a manufacturing/production environment (preferred)
