We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer ðŸ§â™‚ï¸ðŸ“¦ to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking items from inventory and packing them for shipment 📬, ensuring quality and speed in every order.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- 📋 Read order sheets and pick items from shelves accurately
- 📦 Pack, wrap, and label products securely for dispatch
- 🔎 Inspect items for damage or defects before packing
- ðŸ·ï¸ Print and attach shipping labels and documentation
- 🧽 Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- 📦 Stack and arrange packed boxes for loading
- 🚨 Report inventory shortages or errors to the supervisor
- â±ï¸ Meet daily targets in a fast-paced environment
- ðŸ›¡ï¸ Follow safety and warehouse handling procedures
✅ Key Skills & Requirements:
- 🧠Attention to detail and accuracy
- 💪 Physical stamina (lifting, bending, standing for long hours)
- ðŸ› ï¸ Basic knowledge of warehouse tools and equipment
- 📦 Prior experience in picking/packing (preferred)
- â±ï¸ Ability to meet tight deadlines
- ðŸ—£ï¸ Basic communication skills
- 🎓 No formal education required (training will be provided)
