📝 Job Summary:

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• 🍲 Prepare and cook meals according to menu and recipes
• 🧂 Measure and mix ingredients, and monitor cooking times and temperatures
• ✂️ Cut, chop, grill, sauté, bake, and assemble dishes with attention to detail
• 🧽 Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
• 📦 Manage inventory, food storage, and labeling of ingredients
• 📋 Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
• 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Coordinate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service
• 🧠 Contribute to menu planning, food presentation, and cost control

✅ Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 🎓 High school diploma or culinary certification preferred
• 🍛 Proven experience as a Cook / Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or catering setup
• 🔪 Proficiency in various cooking methods and cuisines
• 🧼 Strong knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene standards
• 🕐 Ability to work under pressure and in flexible shifts
• 👥 Team player with good communication and organizational skill
