This is an excellent opportunity for fresh diploma holders to begin a career in core engineering functions such as production, maintenance, quality control, or operations. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship while working with modern industrial systems and machinery. ⚙️📈
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- 🏭 Assist in day-to-day plant or shop floor operations
- 🔍 Support in troubleshooting and routine maintenance of machines and equipment
- 📋 Maintain production reports, logbooks, and shift records
- 🧪 Conduct basic quality checks and inspections
- 📐 Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and engineering instructions
- ⚙️ Operate tools, machines, and equipment as per training and instructions
- 🔄 Work under supervision to learn plant systems and engineering practices
- 🧹 Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in the work area
✅ Key Skills & Competencies:
- 🧠 Basic knowledge of engineering principles (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics)
- 🛠️ Familiarity with tools, machinery, and plant operations
- 📘 Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents

🎓 Qualifications:
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Production / Automobile or related branch
- Freshers or up to 1 year of experience can apply
- Willingness to work in shifts and factory/plant environments
🕒 Working Conditions:
- Industrial shop floor / plant-based work environment
- Exposure to machinery, noise, and physical tasks
- May involve rotational shifts and overtime depending on production needs
