📠Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused GTAW Welder (TIG Welder) to join our fabrication team. You will be responsible for welding metal parts using the Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) process, ensuring high precision and quality as per industry standards. This role demands accuracy, steady hand control, and knowledge of various metals. 🔧🔥
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- 🔩 Perform high-quality GTAW (TIG) welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals
- 📠Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols
- ðŸ› ï¸ Set up and operate GTAW equipment and ensure proper gas and electrode selection
- 📠Measure and inspect welds using tools like calipers, micrometers, and weld gauges
- 🧼 Clean joints and finished welds using grinders or brushes
- 📋 Maintain proper records of welding operations and quality checks
- âš ï¸ Follow safety procedures, wear appropriate PPE, and maintain a clean workspace
- 🧯 Report defective materials or unsafe conditions to supervisors immediately

- 🧵 Expert in TIG/GTAW welding techniques
- 🔠Attention to detail and visual inspection skills

- 🧠Understanding of metallurgy and welding specifications

- 📘 Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

🎓 Qualifications:
- 🎓 ITI / Diploma in Welding or related trade
- 🧑ðŸ 1–3 years of hands-on experience in TIG/GTAW welding
- 🪪 Valid welding certification (if applicable) is a plus
🕒 Working Conditions:
- Work in fabrication shops, construction sites, or industrial facilities
- Exposure to heat, fumes, and noise; proper PPE required
- May include shift work, overtime, and weekend assignments
