📠Job Summary:
We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Helper – Utility Hand to support daily operations in a manufacturing or processing plant. The role involves assisting in utility maintenance, equipment cleaning, and supporting technicians and operators to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient plant operations.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- 🧹 Assist in cleaning and maintaining plant floors, equipment, and utility areas
- âš™ï¸ Help operators and technicians during plant start-up, shut-down, and routine operations
- ðŸ› ï¸ Perform basic tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving tools or materials
- 🧯 Follow safety and hygiene protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
- 📦 Assist with loading/unloading raw materials or finished goods as required
- 🔄 Ensure all utility areas are kept organized and free of hazards
- 📋 Report any equipment malfunctions, leaks, or unsafe conditions to supervisors
- 🧽 Support in cleaning tanks, filters, and machinery as per standard procedures

- Basic understanding of industrial safety practices

🎓 Qualifications:
- Minimum: 8th/10th Pass
- Prior experience in plant/utility support roles is preferred
- Basic knowledge of industrial or chemical plant environment is an advantage
🕒 Working Conditions:
- Work in industrial environments, including heat, noise, and heavy machinery
- Standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
- May include shift work, weekends, and overtime based on production needs
