We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating strategic plans, generating leads, managing marketing campaigns, and achieving revenue targets. This is a leadership role that requires a blend of analytical thinking, creativity, and strong business acumen.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business goals
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales and marketing team
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity
- Plan and oversee promotional campaigns and branding activities
- Set sales targets and develop incentives to motivate the team
- Coordinate with internal departments for seamless execution of campaigns
- Track KPIs and ROI on marketing initiatives and report to senior management
- Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities

🎓 Qualifications:

- Professional certifications in sales, marketing, or digital marketing are a plus
