We are looking for a Dispatch Executive to efficiently manage and coordinate dispatch operations! 🛠️ You will play a key role in ensuring that all deliveries are scheduled, tracked, and executed on time. 🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• 📦 Schedule and manage daily dispatches of goods
• 🗺️ Plan delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective logistics
• 📞 Coordinate with drivers, transporters, and warehouse teams
• 📋 Prepare dispatch-related documentation including invoices, challans, and E-way bills
• 📊 Maintain and update dispatch records and reports
• 🛰️ Monitor real-time shipment tracking and provide updates to clients
• ⚠️ Handle delivery exceptions, delays, or route changes proactively
• 🤝 Ensure smooth communication between logistics and sales teams
• 🔐 Ensure compliance with company and transport regulations

🎓 Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (logistics or supply chain preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics operations
• Working knowledge of ERP or logistics software is a plus
