💼 Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and strategic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our business development and brand growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing both sales and marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, revenue growth, and market expansion.
🧩 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase market share
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns (digital & offline) to promote products/services
- Identify new business opportunities, client segments, and partnership channels
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance and goal achievement
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business decisions
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- Prepare monthly/quarterly sales forecasts and reports for senior management
- Manage budgets and ensure ROI for marketing activities
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events
🧠Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing (minimum 5 years preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Deep understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and branding
- Proficiency in CRM tools, analytics platforms, and digital marketing tools
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
🎓 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Industry certifications in Sales or Digital Marketing are a plus
