We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, conducting field visits, promoting products/services, and closing sales deals. 🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Visit potential customers to present and promote products/services 🚗

- Generate leads and follow up on new business opportunities 📞
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets 🎯
- Provide product demonstrations and handle customer objections 🧾
- Collect customer feedback and market insights 📊
- Maintain accurate records of field activity, sales reports, and client data 📋
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and service 🔄
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma / Graduate degree preferred 🎓
- 1+ year experience in field sales or similar role 🏬
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 💬
- Strong negotiation and closing skills 🤝
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality 🚀
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively ⏱️
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area 🛣️
- Basic computer or mobile app usage skills 💻📱

- FMCG, Retail, Telecom, Banking, E-commerce, Logistics, or EdTech
