🎯 Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, conducting field visits, promoting products/services, and closing sales deals. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction and working on the move.


🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit potential customers to present and promote products/services 🚗
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships 🤝
  • Generate leads and follow up on new business opportunities 📞
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets 🎯
  • Provide product demonstrations and handle customer objections 🧾
  • Collect customer feedback and market insights 📊
  • Maintain accurate records of field activity, sales reports, and client data 📋
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and service 🔄

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma / Graduate degree preferred 🎓
  • 1+ year experience in field sales or similar role 🏬
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 💬
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills 🤝
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality 🚀
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively ⏱️
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area 🛣️
  • Basic computer or mobile app usage skills 💻📱

🌟 Preferred Industry Experience:

  • FMCG, Retail, Telecom, Banking, E-commerce, Logistics, or EdTech
