Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Picker / Packer to join our warehouse/logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing orders, handling inventory, and ensuring that all shipments are accurate and properly packed for delivery.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
🛒 Pick items based on order lists using scanners or pick sheets
📦 Pack products securely to prevent damage during shipping
✅ Verify product quantities and quality before packing
📋 Label packages accurately for shipment
🚚 Assist in loading/unloading delivery trucks
📥 Receive, stock, and organize incoming goods
🧼 Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse/work area
â±ï¸ Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
💼 Key Skills & Requirements
🧠Attention to detail and accuracy
💪 Physically fit and able to lift packages (up to 20–25 kg)
📋 Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
🧑💻 Basic understanding of warehouse systems and scanners
⌛ Good time management and teamwork skills
🧹 Organized and dependable attitude
🎓 Qualifications
- Minimum 10th / 12th Pass
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or packaging preferred (not mandatory)

Industrial Certificate : Experience
