Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating equipment, maintaining production standards, and ensuring quality control throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to meet daily production targets.
• Monitor production processes and adjust machine settings as needed.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality and consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and company policies.
• Record production data, report equipment malfunctions, and escalate issues to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production output and minimize downtime.
• Support inventory management by labeling, packaging, and storing finished products.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant trade.
• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or assembly environment preferred.
• Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy materials as required.
