Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, and closing sales in a specified territory. This is a field-based role that requires excellent communication skills, customer focus, and a strong sales mindset.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
  • Visit prospective clients to present company products/services and close sales deals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and product trends.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
  • Participate in promotional events and trade shows as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in field sales or a similar sales role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Good knowledge of the local market and geography.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.

Working Conditions:

  • Field-based role with frequent travel within assigned territory.
  • Flexible working hours may be required depending on client needs.
