Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Picker / Packers to join our warehouse team. The role involves selecting products from shelves based on order slips, packing them securely, and preparing them for dispatch. Attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are key for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items from inventory based on customer or dispatch orders
• Pack products securely using appropriate materials and labels
• Sort and organize packed orders for delivery or dispatch
• Ensure products meet quality and quantity standards before packing
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area
• Assist with loading/unloading of goods when required
• Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors
• Use barcode scanners or basic inventory tools if trained

Key Skills Required:

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Physical strength and stamina for lifting and standing
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
• Familiarity with warehouse safety practices
• Time management and efficiency under pressure

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th pass or equivalent preferred
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts
