The Two-Wheeler Service Technician is responsible for inspecting, servicing, and repairing two-wheeler vehicles (motorcycles and scooters). The role includes diagnosing mechanical issues, performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring customer vehicles are returned in excellent working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and diagnose problems in two-wheeler engines, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, and electrical systems.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, chain tightening, brake pad replacement, and air filter cleaning.
• Carry out repairs including engine overhauling, clutch replacement, carburetor tuning, and electrical rewiring.
• Conduct pre-delivery inspection (PDI) of new vehicles.
• Test ride vehicles after repairs to ensure proper functioning.
• Maintain records of work performed and parts used.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure cleanliness of the workspace.
• Provide estimates for repair costs and timelines when required.
• Communicate with customers regarding issues, repairs, and maintenance tips.
