We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) before the start of operations.
• Operate machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Monitor machine operations to detect problems and make adjustments as needed.
• Conduct quality checks of products to ensure standards are met.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot issues.
• Record production data and report any discrepancies or malfunctions.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.
