We are looking for a qualified and 2 experienced Millets Products Processor to join our food processing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, production, and quality control of millet-based products, ensuring nutritional value, taste, and compliance with food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and test millet-based food products (e.g., snacks, ready-to-eat foods, flours).
- Operate and maintain food processing equipment specific to millets.
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards (FSSAI/HACCP/GMP).
- Conduct product trials, shelf-life studies, and sensory evaluations.
- Monitor and improve processing efficiency and product consistency.
- Document recipes, processes, and production data accurately.
- Coordinate with procurement, quality, and packaging teams.
- Provide technical inputs for packaging, labeling, and compliance.
