We are looking for a skilled and reliable Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of technical systems and equipment. This role requires a combination of hands-on technical expertise and strong customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and test equipment and systems at client sites.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or software issues in the field or at the service center.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing of equipment.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and end-users.
- Document service calls, repairs, and installation procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
- Maintain tools, parts, and equipment in clean and working condition.
- Collaborate with the technical support and engineering teams for escalated issues.
