We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Line Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Line Operator is responsible for operating machinery and equipment on the production line, monitoring the production process, and ensuring quality standards are met. This role is critical to maintaining production flow and meeting daily output goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production line equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform start-up and shutdown procedures for machines.
• Load raw materials and unload finished products as needed.
• Inspect products for quality issues and remove defective items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Complete production reports and maintain accurate records.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
• Assist with routine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety rules, and quality standards.

Education Level : High School Diploma or Equivalent
