We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Line Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling products on a manufacturing line according to company standards and production goals. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery on the assembly line to ensure production standards are met.
• Assemble components or products according to work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to the supervisor.
• Meet daily production quotas and performance metrics.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and shipping when required.
• Perform basic maintenance or cleaning of tools and equipment.
