We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and professional Customer Care Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and must be able to effectively manage a variety of customer interactions across different channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat

  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate unresolved issues as needed

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems

  • Provide information about products, services, and policies

  • Assist customers with order tracking, cancellations, returns, or technical issues

  • Ensure first call resolution and follow up when required

  • Achieve individual and team targets for customer satisfaction and service levels

  • Collaborate with internal departments (sales, logistics, tech support) to resolve issues

  • Maintain confidentiality of customer data at all times

Education Qualification

Education Level : Bachelor's Degree

Technical Education : N/A

Certificate : TOT Certified in Customer care executive

Industrial Certificate : Experience
