We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and professional Customer Care Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and must be able to effectively manage a variety of customer interactions across different channels.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate unresolved issues as needed
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems
Provide information about products, services, and policies
Assist customers with order tracking, cancellations, returns, or technical issues
Ensure first call resolution and follow up when required
Achieve individual and team targets for customer satisfaction and service levels
Collaborate with internal departments (sales, logistics, tech support) to resolve issues
Maintain confidentiality of customer data at all times
Education Level : Bachelor's Degree
Technical Education : N/A
Certificate : TOT Certified in Customer care executive
Industrial Certificate : Experience
