We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Solar PV Installer (Suryamitra Certified) to join our renewable energy team. The installer will be responsible for the on-site installation, maintenance, and commissioning of rooftop and ground-mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. The ideal candidate should have completed the Suryamitra training program (NISE/MNRE) and have practical experience in solar system installation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, assemble, and maintain solar PV systems on rooftops and open ground.

• Mount solar panels using appropriate racking and structural systems.

• Perform DC and AC cabling, termination, and conduit work.

• Connect inverters, batteries, and other system components as per system design.

• Conduct system testing and commissioning.

• Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and local regulations.

• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing existing solar systems.

• Perform site assessments and measurements as required.

• Coordinate with the project team and follow daily work plans.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials for daily use.

• Complete basic documentation and handover reports.

Education Level : Bachelor's Degree

Technical Education : N/A

Certificate : TOT Certified in Solar PV installer (Suryamitra)

Industrial Certificate : Experience
