The Trainer - Plumber is responsible for developing and delivering training programs for plumbing apprentices and journeymen. Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Development:

   • Design and update training materials, including lesson plans, manuals, and assessments tailored to industry standards.
   • Ensure training programs meet local, state, and federal regulations.

2. Instruction:

   • Conduct hands-on training sessions and classroom lectures on plumbing techniques, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
   • Use a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.

3. Assessment and Evaluation:

   • Develop and administer assessments to evaluate trainee progress and competency.
   • Provide constructive feedback and support for improvement.

4. Mentorship:
