We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Food Technologist/Food Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in the food industry and a strong academic background in Food Technology, Food Science, Home Science, or a related field. You will play a key role in product development, quality assurance, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve food products in alignment with market trends and consumer needs.
- Conduct laboratory tests and trials for new and existing products.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, and marketing.
- Evaluate raw materials and suppliers for quality and sustainability.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all processes and results.
- Assist in troubleshooting production or quality issues.
