Jobs Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) before the start of operations.
- Operate machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Monitor machine operations to detect problems and make adjustments as needed.
- Conduct quality checks of products to ensure standards are met.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot issues.
- Record production data and report any discrepancies or malfunctions.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.
Education Qualification
Education Level : High School Diploma or Equivalent
Technical Education : ITI, Diploma
Certificate : N/A
Industrial Certificate : Experience
