Jobs Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of water distribution and waste disposal systems, be comfortable reading blueprints and building codes, and possess excellent troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in residential and commercial structures.
- Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.
- Interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials.
- Install and repair water supply lines, waste disposal systems, and related appliances and fixtures.
- Inspect plumbing systems, identify issues, and conduct pressure tests to ensure systems are functioning properly.
- Cut, assemble, and install pipes using hand and power tools.
- Stay up to date with relevant building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of time spent, materials used, and work performed.
- Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls.
