Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate and explain products, and assist customers in making product selections.
• Drive sales to meet and exceed store and individual sales targets.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge to confidently answer customer queries.
• Process transactions using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate issues as needed.
• Support promotional campaigns and merchandising activities.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.

Certificate : TOT Certified in Retail Sales Executive.

Industrial Certificate : Experience
